ExplorOFF (“ExplorOFF”, “we”, “our” or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it in connection with your use of our website exploroff.com and our related products, services, and features. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal data, and the choices and rights you have.

1. Information we collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Account information. When you create an account or sign in, we collect your name, email address, and a profile photo if your sign-in provider supplies one.
• Sign-in provider data. If you sign in with Facebook, Google, or Apple, we receive your basic profile and email from that provider so we can create and secure your account. We never receive your provider password. See “Sign-in providers” below.
• Content you create. Saved trips, itineraries, requests, comments, and ratings you submit through our products.
• Payment information. If you make a payment or leave a tip, transactions are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your full card number; we receive only limited details such as a confirmation and the last digits of the card.
• Usage and device data. Technical, location (general, non-precise), and usage data about your device and how you browse, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

2. Sign-in providers (Facebook, Google, Apple)

When you choose “Continue with Facebook”, “Continue with Google”, or “Continue with Apple”, the provider shares your name and email with us to authenticate you. We use this only to create your account, sign you in, and contact you about your account. You can revoke ExplorOFF’s access at any time in your Facebook, Google, or Apple account settings, and you can delete your ExplorOFF account and data as described in section 6.

3. How we use your information

• To provide, operate, secure, and improve our products and services.
• To create and manage your account and authenticate you.
• To process payments and tips and provide order confirmations.
• To respond to your requests and provide customer support.
• To protect against fraud, unauthorized transactions, and other unlawful activity.
• To send you service messages and, where permitted, news and promotional materials. You can opt out of marketing at any time via the unsubscribe link in our emails.
• To comply with our legal obligations and enforce our terms.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how our site is used. We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to measure traffic and improve the site. These tools may set their own cookies; you can control cookies through your browser settings. We do not sell your personal information.

5. How we share information

We share personal information only as needed and as described here:

• Service providers who help us operate (for example, hosting, authentication via Google Firebase, payments via Stripe, analytics, and email), bound by contractual confidentiality obligations.
• Legal and safety reasons, when required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
• Business transfers, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We do not disclose information about identifiable individuals to companies that host advertisements on our behalf. We do not sell your personal data.

6. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at yulia@exploroff.com.

Accessing your data: you can view and update much of your information while signed in to your account.

Deleting your data: you can delete your account and associated personal data at any time. See our Data Deletion instructions or email yulia@exploroff.com. We complete deletion requests within 30 days, except where we must retain certain records by law.

7. Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary to provide our services and for legitimate business or legal purposes. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

8. Data security

The security of your personal information is very important to us. We follow generally accepted standards and best practices to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard your data. Questions about security can be sent to yulia@exploroff.com.

9. Links to third-party sites

Our products may contain links to third-party websites (for example, activity, lodging, and tour booking partners). These sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices. Please review their policies before submitting any personal information.

10. Children

You must be at least 18 years old to register as a user of our products. Involvement of an adult and the consent of a parent or legal guardian is required in any other case. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
