Guided National Park Trips With a Local Guide

Yes, on the trips where we have a guide. Right now that is 7 trips: 2 Day Yellowstone Itinerary; Banff National Park; Everglades Kayaking Weekend; Yellowstone and Cody Itinerary; Yellowstone Day Trip From Jackson Hole; Yellowstone in Winter; Yellowstone Itinerary From Salt Lake City. Each is led by a local guide or outfitter. Every other itinerary is free to follow on your own, with booking links for the rooms, campsites and tours.

The guided trips on ExplorOFF start at about $412 per person for a party of four. Each trip page shows its own guided price, which depends on the number of days, the season and the group size.

It depends on the trip, and each trip page lists exactly what its guided option includes: who leads it, where they pick you up, and which fees, meals and gear are covered.

Open the trip and choose "Go with a guide". Trips with scheduled departures book a spot through the outfitter's own checkout. For the others you send a Request to Book with your dates and group size, and nothing is charged until the guide confirms the dates and the price.

Local outfitters and guides who work in that park. A guide who lists trips on ExplorOFF only takes paid bookings once we have approved them and their insurance is on file.
