Rezdy, Checkfront and Xola pricing side by side: monthly plans, the 3% online booking fee, offline fees, guest fees, trials, Google Things to Do and which suits multi-day trips.

7 min read
The short answer

Rezdy costs $49, $99 or $249 a month (Foundation, Accelerate, Expansion), plus 3% on online bookings and a small per-booking fee on offline and agent bookings. Checkfront has one plan at $99 a month plus 3% on online bookings, with nothing on offline bookings. Xola has no subscription. It adds a "small partner fee" to the guest's checkout instead, doesn't publish the percentage, and lists card processing at 2.39% plus 30¢ in the US. Rezdy and Checkfront both let you absorb the 3% or pass it to guests.

Prices checked on October 11, 2026 on rezdy.com/pricing, checkfront.com/pricing and xola.com/pricing. Checkfront notes its pricing "may vary based on your region and currency."

Rezdy Pricing

Rezdy's three plans differ mostly in features and the offline fee. All three take 3% of online bookings. Offline and agent bookings cost $1 each on Foundation, $0.85 on Accelerate and $0.70 on Expansion. Rezdy bills monthly ("rather than annual subscriptions, you pay by the month and can cancel anytime"), lists free onboarding, and offers a 21-day free trial with no credit card. Its plans include "unlimited products, users and agents." One FAQ on the same page says plans start "from $0 per month," which doesn't match the table, so confirm with Rezdy before you count on a free tier. For multi-day trips, Rezdy's help center lists multi-day tours as a use case for sharing resources across sessions.

Checkfront Pricing

Checkfront keeps it simple, "one simple plan for all customers" at $99 a month plus a 3% online booking fee, which you "choose to absorb" or "pass it on to your guests." Offline bookings carry no fee, and there are "no setup fees." Checkfront is the best documented of the three for multi-day trips. It sells "by the hour, day, multi-day, night, time slot," and its waivers can be reused for "multi-day camps or courses." It isn't on Google's published Things to Do partner list.

Xola Pricing

Xola has "no subscriptions." Instead, "Xola assesses a small partner fee to your customers on every purchase," and it doesn't publish the percentage. You'll need a quote ("Contact for pricing"). It does publish card processing at 2.39% plus 30¢ in the US, says there are "no added OTA fees," and offers digital waivers. Xola is on Google's Things to Do partner list.

What a $2,400 Booking Costs on Each

On a $2,400 multi-day trip booked online, the 3% fee on Rezdy or Checkfront is $72, before card processing, plus the monthly subscription spread over your bookings. If you pass the fee to the guest, the guest pays $2,472 and you keep the $2,400 less processing. On Xola, the guest pays the partner fee on top, and you pay 2.39% plus 30¢ in processing, which is $57.66 on $2,400. Run your own season through each. A busy operator usually does better with a flat subscription. A seasonal one with fewer bookings often does better with none.

All three take bookings. None of them sends you travelers. ExplorOFF is free to join, with no exclusivity, and takes 15% plus card processing only on a booking we bring you. List your trip.

Which One Should You Pick?

  • Simple pricing and multi-day trips: Checkfront, if Google Things to Do booking links aren't a priority.
  • Google booking links and agent sales: Rezdy, with its 21-day trial to test it.
  • No monthly bill: Xola, if your guests accept a fee at checkout. Get the percentage in writing first.

Free permit watch

You can't hike it if you can't get the permit.

The best hikes in America run on lotteries that open once a year and sell out in minutes. Every trail runs on its own calendar. Pick the ones you want and we do the watching.

How it works

  • An email the morning each window opens, never the day after.
  • A 14-day heads-up so you can line up your group and dates.
  • Win odds and a ranked backup plan for every trail you pick.

Didn't win? We keep watching. We check recreation.gov every day for The Enchantments, Half Dome and Angels Landing, and email you the moment a sold-out date frees up. Cancellations are the second chance most people never hear about.
