Prices checked on October 11, 2026 on each vendor's own pricing page and Google's approved Things to Do connectivity partner list. Where a vendor doesn't publish a number, we say so.

Google says its partner list shows only fully launched partners and "many more" are being integrated, so "not listed" doesn't prove a vendor can't connect.
Best for the Lowest Fixed Cost: Bookeo
Bookeo's tour plans run from $14.95 (Solo) to $119.95 a month, and "Bookeo itself does not charge commissions on payments." The $39.95 Standard plan includes 20 guides and vehicles and 1,000 bookings a month. There's a 30-day free trial with no card, and a seasonal freeze that cuts your plan by 70% in the off-season, which matters for a summer-only outfitter. You'll still pay your payment gateway's card fees.
Best for Multi-Day Trips: Checkfront
Checkfront sells "by the hour, day, multi-day, night, time slot," reuses waivers for "multi-day camps or courses," and charges nothing on offline bookings. One plan, $99 a month plus 3% online, with no setup fee. Rezdy and Bókun also document multi-day use (Rezdy for shared resources across sessions, Bókun for multi-day trips sold as one booking), so they're worth a trial if you also want Google booking links.
Best for Google Booking Links on a Budget: Bókun
Bókun's Start plan is $49 a month plus 1.5% on bookings, falling to 1% on Premium. It says "we do not charge for Viator or offline bookings," though Channel Manager users pay 0.5% to 1.5% on Viator bookings. 14-day free trial, monthly billing, cancel anytime, and it's on Google's Things to Do partner list. Google itself tells small operators it "strongly recommend[s] working with one of our connectivity providers."
Best With No Monthly Bill: Zaui, FareHarbor or Xola
These charge nothing monthly and add a fee to the guest instead. Zaui's free plan publishes its fee: "A 6% service fee is added to consumer online bookings," with no fee on offline bookings. FareHarbor and Xola don't publish their guest fee percentages, so get them in writing. The trade-off is a higher price at checkout for your guest, which matters when they're comparing you with another outfitter.
Your booking software won't fill your calendar. ExplorOFF is free to join, with no exclusivity, and takes 15% plus card processing only on a booking we bring you. List your trip.
How to Choose in 30 Minutes
- Write down last season: number of bookings, average booking value, share booked online vs by phone.
- Price two subscription tools and one no-subscription tool on those numbers, including card processing.
- Check the three features outdoor trips need: multi-day or overnight bookings, deposits with a later balance, and waivers.
- Decide if Google booking links matter. If yes, stick to Google's partner list.
- Start a free trial and build your hardest trip in it before you commit.
Software Takes Bookings. Channels Bring Them.
Every tool on this list is a cash register and calendar. None of them sends you travelers on its own. That's the job of your website, Google, reviews and marketplaces. Compare those in where to list your tours, with a fee calculator that shows what you keep on each. Pricing details are in Peek Pro pricing, Rezdy, Checkfront and Xola pricing and FareHarbor pricing vs competitors.

A person checks your commercial liability insurance and land-use authorization (such as an NPS CUA) once, and approval takes up to 24 hours. List your trip on ExplorOFF.
